Deleting your account

From the app

In Account → Email and password → Delete account. You don’t need to write to anyone: your account and your data are deleted straight away. If you used Sign in with Apple, you can also disconnect Buddo from your Apple Account: in Settings tap your name, then Sign in with Apple, choose Buddo and tap Delete.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, write to support@buddoapp.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We delete it with all your data within a month, and reply once it’s done.

What gets deleted

Your account, everything you entered in Buddo (expenses, income, due dates, goals) and the sign-in logs. We keep nothing. Our providers’ logs and backups delete themselves within a few days.
